Avalanche C-Chain finalises blocks within seconds, so payments are forwarded after only a few confirmations.
For AVAX, the network cost of forwarding comes out of the payment itself: you receive the amount paid minus our fee and the gas of the forward.

What is the minimum AVAX on Avalanche payment?
0.01 AVAX. A smaller payment is still recorded and shown in /logs/, but it is not forwarded, so that the network cost can never eat the payment.
How long until a AVAX on Avalanche payment reaches my wallet?
We forward it once it has 3 confirmations on Avalanche, which takes about 5 seconds on average, then send your server a signed callback with the forwarding transaction id.
Who pays the network fee for AVAX on Avalanche?
The gas of the forwarding transaction is taken from the AVAX payment itself, so you never hold AVAX for fees.
Do I need an account to accept AVAX on Avalanche?
